Fairly clean hotel in a lovely building really close to a sky train and terminal 21 shopping centre and business center. Soft drinks at terrace bar, excellent service. Late check out. Unbeatable location near to the Arabic food restaurants with views of the Bangkok skyline. Also, easy access to Sukumvit Plaza.

Good location just steps from Nana bts Sky Train Station.
No Wi-Fi in rooms and the cable is chargeable about 214 thb for an hour, it is a shame 4 star hotel with no free Wi-Fi in rooms. No water hose in toilet, it is very important to us as Muslims to prepare for our five times a day prayers.

Staff, especially the concierge service this time, The frontdesk staff should not always change their people. Everytime I come I see new faces. But then again. They are still good in service
And old fashioned big tv in the room and no free wifi ? Its 2011 already........

Really good service from the attentive staff made my stay nice.
The air conditioning in my room was annoyingly noisy and hard to adjust.

The Premium Club Room was comfortable, and the service from the staff was prompt and friendly, especially the duty manager who helped with a room change. Enjoyed a good Neapolitan pizza at the Huntsman Pub with a lively atmosphere. The initial room I was assigned had a strong odor of smoke, disappointing and affected my impression at first. While the food was generally good, the experience would have been flawless without the initial hiccup.

This was my 2nd stay in the LandMark in as 10days. I stayed for 3 days this time and everything was very good. The staff, the speed of service, the facilities, the location, and the great price and very good value for money. I will be back.
If I was picky, I would say they need to change the tv set. Didn't use it but this is the age of small Plasma TVs. The room had the old type which took a lot of space on the working desk.

The location was beautiful near great transport links. And we were just next door to F&B outlets, shopping centres and entertainment centres, and 2 stops on train. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was savoury!
The breakfast was nt not included in rate.

The Hotel is great value for money. The staff are consistently helpful, cheerful and treat you like a vip. The hotel room are of good size and cover all requirements from low cost to the suite type. Many restaurants and bars and very close to bts train, nana bts is only 2 minutes and the nightlife is ample in the area. State of the art fitness Center that maybe the largest I have ever seen and opens 24/7. Good size swimming pool and other facilities.
